Bain House Ministries was started in 2001 by Lois Long after she recognized medical science could not address the emotional and spiritual aspects of healing. Our goal is to help those suffering in body, soul, or spirit by praying, encouraging, and teaching the principles of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Our Approach
The Bain House promotes a two-prong approach to healing. First, we encourage participates to study and learn the principles of healing found in the Bible. The Bain House offers classes and a library of resources pertaining to Christian healing to assist in this endeavor .
Second, the Bain House encourages participates to engage in prayer with laying on of hands by Prayer Ministers and annointing with oil according to James 5. The Bain House offers small group prayer on Thursday nights at 7 p.m., as well as, individual prayer by appointment. Call Lois Long at 717-328-5046 or email at Lois.Long@bainhouse.org to schedule an appointment.
